TC4 Titanium Alloy Forging: Can be forged, extruded, rolled, and cold-drawn. Hot working temperature is 800-900°C, with attention to lubrication and gas absorption. When cold working reaches 30-60%, intermediate annealing is required.
TC4 Titanium Alloy Heat Treatment: Generally used in the annealed state. Recommended annealing is 670-720°C for 0.5-2 hours; stress relief annealing is 530-550°C for 0.5-1 hour or 470-490°C for 2-4 hours.
TC4 Titanium Alloy Welding: Argon-shielded arc welding is commonly used, but plasma welding, resistance welding, and gas-shielded diffusion welding are also applicable.
TC4 Titanium Alloy Applications: Used for manufacturing various non-load-bearing components and long-term service parts at temperatures up to 300°C.
